Step-by-Step Guide

1. Logging In and Initial Setup

  1. Access the Login Page: Open your browser and go to techtrums.com.au
  2. Client Login: Click on Client Login on your right hand side and select Customer Portal.
  3. Enter Your Credentials: Type in your email and password, then click Login.
  4. Navigate the Dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll see your main dashboard. 
  • Forgot Password? Click on "Forgot Password" at the login screen to reset.
  • Bookmark the Login Page: For quick access, save the CRM login page to your browser’s bookmarks.

2. Accessing Key Sections on the Dashboard

  • Support:
    • From the dashboard, look for the Support section.
    • Click on Support to view all open, pending, and resolved tickets.
    • To submit a new support ticket, click on Open Ticket and fill in the required details like subject, description, and priority level. You can leave a blank for Project if the ticket does not belong to the available projects. 
    • Once the details are filled in, Click on Save.
  • Contracts: 
    • In your dashboard, find and select the Contracts tab.
    • Here, you can view all current contracts, their status (active, expired), and renewal information if applicable.
    • Click on any contract to see its full details, terms, and any specific conditions.
    • You can also sign contracts electronically.
  • Projects: 
    • Go to the Projects section on the dashboard.
    • View all active, on-hold, and completed projects.
    • Click on a specific project to see details such as task lists, deadlines, milestones, and project updates.
  • Proposals:
    • In your dashboard, click on the Proposals section.
    • View both accepted and pending proposals. Pending proposals will often have the option to Approve or Reject.
    • To view details, click on a specific proposal for a breakdown of services, estimated costs, and acceptance terms.
  • Invoices:
    • Click on the Invoices section in the dashboard.
    • View the status of each invoice (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).
    • Click on a specific invoice to see details such as the due date, itemised costs, taxes, and payment options.
